What postage costs, when it is free, and how long a parcel takes. Every figure on this page comes from the same rate table your cart is quoted from.
Free shipping over $150
Orders of $150 or more ship free within Australia. The threshold is measured on the value of the goods after any discount, not including postage.
Oversized items are excluded — they are posted at cost at any order value. The product page and your cart will always say so before you pay.
Flat rate postage
One price of $15.00 for any order under $150, anywhere in Australia.
Dispatch and tracking
- Orders are packed and posted from Australia via Australia Post. We do not ship overseas.
- Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day are dispatched the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders go out the next business day.
- Once a parcel is lodged you will get an email with an AusPost tracking number. You can also follow it from Track Order using your order number.
- Delivery time is Australia Post’s, not ours — typically a few business days within a capital city and longer to regional addresses.
If something goes wrong
Contact us within 7 days if a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item turns up, and we cover the postage both ways. Change-of-mind returns are covered separately in our returns policy.
Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will re-send it once postage has been paid again. Questions about a specific order? Email info@outwesthobbies.com.
