Our story
Outwest Hobbies started the way most hobby shops do — with a layout that kept growing and a shortage of anywhere nearby to buy the next piece for it. What began as a local shop is now a full online catalogue, run by the same people, from Kandos.
We stock what we would use ourselves. That means fewer novelty lines and more of the track, rolling stock, kits, paints and tools that a project actually needs, from brands worth the shelf space.
What we care about
Stock that is genuinely in stock, prices that include GST with no surprises at checkout, and postage quoted honestly before you commit. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we cover the postage both ways — that is written into our returns policy, not left to goodwill.
